We left around noon from Puerta Alcalá (Madrid) and arrived at 1 pm to a green neighbourhood in Toledo. The plan was originally a barbecue but once we got there we cruised in Safari cars beside cows and smelled the essence of fresh air. Without doubt, it was one of the best Mondays I spent in Spain since I moved to Madrid.

We were lucky with the weather, a hot summer day! This trip reminded me of my childhood, picking margarita flowers and then taking them home to decorate a kitchen plate or jar. My entire outfit is from a Spanish store named Brownie and the colourful green shoes belong to my mom (not sure where…?).

I started brainstorming ideas… wanting to organice a yoga/mindfulness event in the green space. I’ll try my best to make it happen before summer holidays begin!

We took several rides in the Jeep safari cars and felt at most moments in Kenya, Africa.

As well as stopped, danced and laughed.

And watched a beautiful sunset.

Although the day passed extremely quickly, we will be there soon!
